Zentangle® FAQ


Zentangle® is a method of drawing structured patterns (called “tangles”) to promote relaxation, creativity, and focus. Zentangle® has a distinct, meditative structure. You will be led by a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT® ) during each one-hour session. Whether you are a seasoned artist or haven’t picked up a pen in years, these sessions are craftedd to meet you exactly where you are. Here are the key benefits of practicing Zentangle® :
